According to actress Charrul Malik, maintaining physical fitness requires having a pleasant and upbeat outlook. She asserts a connection between physical and mental wellness.
The actress states, “I make an effort to work out five days a week minimum. And I have been adhering to this regime for perhaps longer than five years. I used to jog and go for walks before that. As much as possible, I try to avoid stress since, in my opinion, people nowadays get sick emotionally more frequently than they do physically, which is a major factor in why our immune and metabolism are susceptible to decline. Our health is impacted by bad thinking.”

She continues, “I try to live a normal, basic life, and I don’t set big goals. The more you worry about leading a healthy life, the more worried you’ll be about actually doing it. To avoid becoming bored, try to set modest goals and engage in a variety of activities and exercises. Your health will improve the more you smile, laugh, and maintain a positive outlook on life while avoiding harmful people. Avoid bad company and surround yourself with good people.”
Charrul prefers to mix things up when it comes to exercising. She claims, “I vary the types of exercises I do each day to keep my programme interesting. I do cardio one day, functional the next, yoga the last day, and then back and shoulder. In order to avoid becoming bored, life should be very colourful. We go for brisk walks in a wooded area with our dog Della as part of our me-time.”
When asked for advice on how to maintain good health, she replies, “Be constant, regular, and practical. Avoid making any goals because if you do so and treat them as tasks, they will be stressful to achieve. Avoid following trends and do what works for you and your body since happiness is the secret to a long and healthy life. I believe we should put down our phones when working out so we don’t become overly stressed out from social media. These are simple actions we can do to maintain our well-being.”
