Actress Charrul Malik claims that she is unable to live without music on World Music Day. She continues by saying that it benefits all aspects of her life.
She highlighted the four M’s music, mood, motivation, and must. The actress confesses, “I wholeheartedly concur with this viewpoint on music. Everyone’s life is profoundly impacted by music. Personally, I think we need music. I adore using music throughout my workouts and gym sessions, especially upbeat and fast-paced songs. It offers me an extra energy boost, enhancing my feeling of vigour, activity, and renewal. Indeed, music is a unifying force that can unite individuals from all walks of life.”

She further adds, “According to research, listening to music causes the production of oxytocin, sometimes referred to as the ‘love hormone’ which promotes interpersonal trust, empathy, and compassion. It acts as a potent instrument for fostering relationships and stirring up sentimental recollections. Additionally, listening to music can help you avoid sadness and live a longer, happier life. It is also strongly related to dancing, as listening to music frequently inspires impromptu dancing. Music serves as a type of rehabilitation in many ways, according to her.”
The actress says, “In fact, it’s not always possible to listen to music nonstop, but it’s nice that you make an effort to appreciate music while travelling, she continues. The ideal time to get lost in your favourite music is during a two-hour trip. Additionally, we frequently hear music while browsing through our accounts on social media because of how common social media reels with music and audio are.”
She adds, “Music has a way of leaving an indelible impression, and it’s never too late to revisit and rekindle your passion for it. In her early years of marriage, my mother taught music and she also studied music. She used to teach both dance and music, and I think it’s in my DNA, so I started studying music in college.”
When you ask her what music she likes best, she replies, “I adore the song ‘Jab Koi Baat Bigad Jaye’; it’s very passionate and inspiring. It’s wonderful to listen to.”
