We are all aware of the significance of the proverb “Health is wealth.” We became even more aware of it during Covid’s historic eras. On April 7, World Health Day raises awareness of issues relating to global health as well as highlighting conditions that have drawn attention. Actor Rishina Kandhari of Na Umra Ki Seema Ho speaks during the event on the routines that have improved her physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. She offers advice and expresses her opinion on how everyone talks a lot about staying healthy, regardless of whether they actually take action.
The actress says, “The first and most significant healthy habit I follow is finishing my dinner by 7 p.m. and not eating again until 7.30 a.m. Additionally, I eat in intervals and in modest, healthful servings. I usually eat every three to four hours, as you can see. You must get in the habit of eating healthily rather than junk food because our strong bodies are created in the kitchen, not in the gym.”
Actor Rishina Kandhari:
She occasionally eats a cheat meal as well. Rishina suggests, “Once in a while, but not always, it’s acceptable. And I do exercise. I started practising Pilates and really like it because it was more effective than working out with weights at the gym. It has greatly aided me. And because I’m so spiritual, I do listen to a lot of bhajans in the morning. I practise a little meditation to de-stress. I start my day with that, and it makes me cheerful and at ease the entire time.”
Rishina really believes in living up to her words. She concludes by saying, “I carry out all of the things I just said in my daily activities, and the outcome is in front of you all. People frequently ask me how I stay so in shape. Why is my skin so healthy? All of this is a result of my strong commitment to and discipline in daily life.”
