Bollywood needs to be exposed for what it is, according to actor Sudhanshu Pandey and other major actors and celebrities including Priyanka Chopra and AR Rahman. According to him, this will significantly aid newbies in breaking into the Bollywood industry. He says, “Priyanka Chopra and A R Rahman, two actresses who have made significant contributions on the world stage, can speak out against Bollywood, in my opinion. They can reveal the types of pressure and bullying that exist in Bollywood, which is undoubtedly incredibly promising and shows that individuals like them can truly affect change.”
He further adds, “I’m hopeful that more individuals will speak up like them. This can result in an environment modification or a different environment. It might also be quite comforting for the young people who come here and are locked out because there are some businesspeople that won’t let anyone in from the outside. I believe removing the restrictions is crucial, and allowing more talent from across the nation to enter the profession is crucial.”
Actor Sudhanshu Pandey:
As he continues, “Obviously, breaking into Bollywood is exceedingly difficult and nearly impossible because outsiders are not really welcomed as they should be in our profession. For them, it becomes a challenging effort, and in my opinion, keeping a profession is much harder since, once you attain success, maintaining it becomes a more tough task than achieving it.”
