The Sapnon ki Chhalaang serial actress Ashima Chauhaan says she enjoys being a part of the programme. The actress continues by saying that she has always wanted to play a role like that. She says, “I’ve always been driven by a desire to leave my stamp on the performing world. I want to be known for a variety of memorable, significant parts. I truly felt as though my dream trip towards my objective had begun when I received the show Sapnon Ki Chhalaang on Sony Television, and I am now progressing to get closer to it.”
She says of the role she is assuming, “I play Alisah Alva on the show. Alisah is strong and outspoken, and she is very fair with people and situations. She is one of Radhika’s five major office coworkers at ACS 360, where we both work. She is direct and determined. Obviously, a sobo-nepo child who has a wealthy yet mistaken existence. Instead of causing problems for Radhika, she dislikes Kartik for his evil motives and his use of traps to undermine Radhika. She typically stands up for what she believes to be right.”
Ashima continues, “There are quite a few things that I relate with her, aside from the Nepo kid situation. Her self-assurance, resolve to stand up for herself and others, and, of course, her incredible love for herself. I am a small-town dreamer as well, working arduously to achieve my goals while upholding my roots and family values. It can be frightening at times to go from a small town to a big city like Mumbai. However, if your vision is fixed on your objective, you are unstoppable, so my suggestion is to press on.”
Sapnon ki Chhalaang serial:
Ashima did a good job of preparing for her role. The actress confesses, “I performed trials and a look test. Our director, Mr Arif Ali, and I talked about my role, and he then stated a few qualities about Alisah: carefree, fashionable, direct, and confident. Then I read a few lines and attempted to break a couple of her behaviours in accordance with the character I was playing. In order to give Alisah personality, I also drew on experiences from my own past in which I had Sobo friends and used their behaviour examples.”
Herumb Khot and Nilanjana Purkayastha (of Invictus T Mediaworks) are her coworkers, and she says of their collaboration, “It’s rather overwhelming to be working with Nilanjana Ma’am and Herumb Sir. They have created blockbuster films like Peshwa Bajirao and Kulfi Kumar Bajewale. I adore how Sapnon Ki Chhalaang is developing. Any small-town girl, her family, and her friends will be able to relate to the story since it is so true.”
When asked about the best aspect of the entertainment business, she responds, “The best aspect of being in the business is feeling responsible for conveying the right emotion, and message. Even in your worst circumstances, you are having a significant impact on a lot of people, thus I think that qualifies as social work. a tipping moment where the audience takes precedence over you. You must thoroughly carry out your obligation.”
