According to actress Charrul Malik, getting a good night’s sleep is crucial. She does, however, note that it is not simple to accomplish this. The majority of people have trouble getting a good night’s sleep in today’s hectic and stressful world. Those who frequently have insomnia go through mood swings and anger during the day. In order to find out how actress Charrul Malik manages her sleep schedule, we spoke with her about her roles in the cult comic series Happu Ki Ultan Paltan and Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain.
The actress claims, “People in today’s society are career-focused, hard workers, and stressed out all the time. Sleeping well becomes challenging as a result. I experience the same thing. Also, I occasionally have trouble falling asleep at night if I snooze in the afternoon. I never used to sleep in the afternoon, but because of my schedule and the need to work at night, I now frequently do. Nobody, in my opinion, can peacefully sleep for eight hours at a time. We’re all exhausted,”
Charrul Malik:
Less sleep, the actress Charrul Malik continues, frequently results in a host of issues. “I believe I get 5 to 6 hours of sleep. With that amount of sleep right now, I can handle it. Yet the consequences are not favourable. We may not understand now because we are young, but as we reach the age of 55 to 60, we will. Moreover, we should get enough rest and recharge just like we do on our phones. We must look for ourselves.”
When discussing how to get a good night’s sleep, she replies, “I don’t think it happens. It is said that everyone should receive at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Sleep problems are extremely typical. Keep your mental baggage to yourself, in my opinion. All of these things work when you go to bed, practise meditation, and consume warm milk. I now apply mustard oil to my feet and then cover them with loose cotton socks. Your ability to sleep properly is aided when your feet are warm. After supper, a brief stroll will also be beneficial. I go to the gym in the evening, which helps me sleep well. Having a light meal is something else I would advise. Avoid bloating-causing foods including rice, tea after meals, ice cream, cheese, and dahi. These, in my opinion, are the main causes of inability to get adequate rest.”
